Hi! It's so great when work goes smoothly and without distractions. Sometimes you just need silence to immerse yourself in the process and do everything well. But, unfortunately, it is not always possible to find a suitable place. It is good when there is an opportunity to create comfortable conditions and focus on the main thing.
Recently, I was tasked with organizing an online conference area in the office. Regular meeting rooms were occupied, and background noise was disturbing employees. I started looking for solutions and came across 4 person meeting pod. Their mobile office booths were perfect - they are compact, soundproof and comfortable. Now we have separate places for calls and meetings, and no one complains about the noise anymore. Colleagues note that such zones made work more comfortable, and negotiations became more professional. As a result, the productivity of the entire team increased, and now these booths are irreplaceable.
